We’ve had some more snow, some rain and then the wind this week but there’s a welcome sunshine break in the wintry weather expected over the next couple of days which means some great sunny skiing this weekend. There’s another big dump predicted for mid-April so there should be a good spring snow soon to keep us going until May. Fingers crossed.

‘Boss des Bosses’ – 19 March

Now in its 19th year, the Boss des Bosses inter-resort moguls race takes place on Wednesday on the Grands Montets. A festival of skiing, snowboarding and telemarking that brings together some of the finest mogul skiers from Europe’s top alpine resorts. Teams from Courchevel, Meribel, Val Thorens, Zermatt, Val d’Isere, Verbier and Chamonix (current champions) will compete against each other on a knee shattering bumps course for the Boss des Bosses crown. And there’ll be piste-side BBQs, DJs and live bands.

Sunday Breakfast Club at The Clubhouse

Reminder: On Sundays we do a great hot breakfast at our Breakfast Club… pancakes and syrup, eggs Benedict, fresh fruit platters, the essential Full English and more from chef Simon Sutcliffe of Sublime Dining. Brunch is served from 9am to noon.
