The winter season is nearly at an end and whilst Chamonix may be experiencing the perfect spring there’s still some skiing to be had on the Grand Montets which doesn’t close until 11 May.

The Clubhouse Season Closing Party

The Clubhouse closes for a between season break this weekend on Sun 27 April. Come along this Sun from 7pm until late for our farewell-to-winter party. There’ll be a BBQ (burgers, steaks and skewers with seasonal salads), free bar, cocktails, beer and wine until supplies run out. Summer at The Clubhouse

We re-open for summer on Wed 18 June and run right through until Sun 21 Sept before our autumn break in Oct and Nov. This summer, we will be open pretty much the same as last year - closed Mondays and Tuesdays (unless we have a whole house booking) and open every Wednesday from 5pm and every Thu, Fri, Sat and Sun from 8am until 1am every night (Sunday BBQ always good). Chamonix in the summer is all about ‘active relaxation’: unrivalled Alpine action, high altitude relaxation and a healthier alternative to beach sleeping. The weather is generally glorious and fresh and with no shortage of things to do (or not do) we’ll be putting together some great Alpine itineraries for members and your guests. If you’ve not been to Chamonix in the summer before, pick from this list: ice climbing, mountaineering, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, white water rafting, canyoning, hydro-speed, tennis, golf and more. More on our Alpine packages in the next week or so and also our new summer menus (cocktails and terrace dining). You can peek at sample menus here.
