Returns and Refunds Policy

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulation your membership can be cancelled for any reason within 7 days working days of payment. On written cancellation received within 7 working days payment will be refunded in full. Please note that refund transactions can take up to 7-10 working days to appear on statements.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
