The new Brevent Lift
The most exciting development in town this year is the new Brevent gondola, which opened Christmas 2008. Increasing the capacity of the lift from 1350 to 3000 people per hour, the larger 8-10 person cabins should make lift queues a thing of the past. The new top station will be built higher up, towards the Altitude 2000 mountain restaurant, allowing skiers and hikers direct access to the slopes instead of taking the cranky old 2-man chair (now relegated to a museum!).
Some extra special alpine action for you
We have been working with Oli at Prestige since the beginning of The Clubhouse and he's been guiding us through the valley ever since. Prestige is a member's only group of outdoor specialists, the best in the valley and only available to special partners…like us! Oli will sort out the best guides, jump the queue at restaurants and give you personalized service on the best trips and days out. Click here for the run down of what's on the menu this winter.
Evo 2 are offering a some mega-adrenalin activities to add a new challenge to your normal mountain holiday.
New spa treats
We have expanded our spa treats for the season to include Gamay grape treatments - we know that many of you are partial to fine wines and great grapes and so we thought you may well be interested in the all-body benefits from the local wine region.
The Gamay grape treatments (of Beaujolais extracts) are 100% natural and use the polyphenols extract from the grapes, which aid cell regeneration and act against ageing. We'll be adding the Gamay luxury facial (€90) and facial + body treatment (€120) to our treatment list this year.
