Chamonix is pretty much a year round resort that offers a wide range of winter activities from the extreme ice climbing to the more relaxed spa day, so luckily there's something for everyone.

Parapenting
A must during your stay here, flying in tandem with a qualified parapente pilot and experience the magnificent views of the Alps from the sky. Don't forget your camera!
Helicopters
The Clubhouse offers a variety of helicopter flights and we've negotiated fantastic rates for our members with our pilot Pascale Brun. Fly over the breathtaking peaks of the Alps whilst skimming over jagged ridges and hovering beside sheer granite cliffs.
Heliski
Experience places where few have ever skied, ride fresh powder inaccessible by lifts and enjoy descents from summit to valley throughout the day. For intermediate and extreme skiers, this is the ultimate way to feel on top of the world.
Ski the Vallée Blanche
The Vallée Blanche is situated amongst the peaks of the Mont Blanc massif and is one of the greatest off-piste descents in the world.
Ski Touring
In the back country, away from the crowds, explore the untracked mountains; ascending faces and traversing cols to find the best snow away from the crowds.
Snow Hiking
Chamonix is the only place in Europe to go snow hiking, with its ideal location at the foot of Mont Blanc. The famous ‘tour du Mont Blanc’ is one of the most popular hikes in Europe, circling the Mont Blanc Massif it covers 170Km and passes through Italy, France and Switzerland.
Snow Shoeing
For those with less time or hard core tendencies, put on some ‘racquettes’ and discover hidden gulleys, forgotten forests and glaciers by foot and all in a day.
Ice Climbing
Not for the fainthearted, experience frozen waterfalls and cascading glaciers but hold on tight!
Dog Sledging
This is one for all the family, take control or take a seat, you'll race over the snow pulled by your team of huskies.
Italian Spa Day
One for the ladies (or not), this is a great outdoor experience: thermal baths, saunas and steam rooms topped off with massage and/or beauty treatments.
And if that's not enough for you to be getting on with, there's ice skating in Les Houches, night skiing in Les Bossons and ice hockey matches all throughout the season. Enough!.
